On August 29, the FCC cancelled the license for Widener University’s college radio station WDNR 89.5 FM in Chester, Pennsylvania after the school turned back the license. A letter submitted by Widener’s attorney states, “…the University has opted to cancel this license as it will no longer continue to fund and operate the radio station.” […]
