Open Internet Comment Deadline Tomorrow, Twitter Chat Today

Tuesday is the first comment deadline for the FCC’s proceeding on the Open Internet. Hundreds of thousands of comments have been filed, and there will likely be a final rush in the next 27 hours or so. If you haven’t yet filed your comments, now is the time to do so. To help guide you Matthew wrote a nice post clearly explaining how to submit your comments to the FCC and then track the proceeding.

After end of business on Tuesday the reply comment window opens. However, that period is for submitting responses to comments that were submitted in the first comment window, not new comments that aren’t replies to previous ones.

In just a few minutes, at 2 PM EDT, FCC advisor Gigi Sohn will hold a Twitter chat on the Open Internet. Tweet your questions and comments using the hashtag #netneutrality.
