And, to Matthew&#039;s point, although this case was ostensibly about &quot;fleeting&quot; expletives, it&#039;s clear from the ruling that they are overturning the entire indecency policy and are asking for the FCC to come up with something with much more clarity than the current policy which they believe infringes on first amendment freedoms.</description>

Also: this case only deals with &quot;fleeting expletives&quot; (ie. words), not images. The fleeting image question (Janet Jackson) is being handled by the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.</description>
