		<description>This is wonderful, beautiful, news.  There&#039;s so many good reasons, both technical and societal, why old analog TV frequencies 5 and 6 should be reallocated to FM.  I&#039;m glad that a FCC commissioner is finally picking up on them.

FYI, somebody (not me) already did the analysis of what frequencies would be available in the various radio markets of the USA:

I really hope this idea catches on.  In Japan, the FM radio band already covers these frequencies, so many good radios these days can already receive them with a flick of a switch!</description>
